MOUNTAIN BREAD


A good way to reduce your nutritionally empty carbs is to substitute our normal bread with Mountain Bread wraps. Enjoy 1 or 2 wraps for lunch. We recommend the Rye Mountain Bread Wrap.

Sample filling:
30g ham/roast beef/chicken
1tbls of avocado
Cucumber
Spinach
Mushroom

Or

30g tuna/smoked salmon
Capers
Low fat cottage cheese
Rocket
Olives
