Just a reminder, to make sure you're getting into the habit of filling in your Energy Journal daily with when you ate, what you ate, and how much you ate. The more information your trainer has when they review your energy journal, the better they will be equipped to give you constructive feedback and guidance about how your food is going.
Please submit your Week 1 Energy Journal to your trainer by 6:00am on Monday 7th September. Trainers emails:

Hi guys, thanks for the support. I've never watched my food THIS closely.
ReplyDeleteWanted to share a snack idea (hoping its in line with the 'rules').
1/2 cup natural yoghurt
1/2 pear, diced
1 level teaspoon tahini
Mix. Eat.
The nuttiness of the tahini is a great mix with the other ingredients.
Another idea....probably more an after dinner/night snack.....
ReplyDeleteFrozen berries in microwave until warm and bit gooey.
Mix with cottage cheese.....eat.
Its like a thick fruity custard
Good when in need of comfort food and bread/chocolate/red wine is not an option!!!!
