

Mountain Bread wraps are a prefect substitute for bread. Enjoy 1 or 2 wraps for lunch. We recommend the Rye Mountain Bread Wrap.

30g ham/roast beef/chicken
1tbls of avocado
Cucumber
Spinach
Mushroom
Or
30g tuna/smoked salmon
Capers
Low fat cottage cheese
Rocket
Olives

Thanks for the recipes Kat. I think one of the hardest things for me is looking for new things to eat so it doesn't get boring.
ReplyDeleteHere's one of the breakfasts I've been making if anyone is looking for new things too.
1 slice Bergen topped with
Low fat cottage cheese ,salt pepper, lemon juice and chopped spring onion
top with smoked salmon, low fat ham or turkey.
Also have found it easy to make extra dinner and take to work for lunch the next day. Saves lots of time in the morning.

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup blueberrys or raspberrys or 1 kiwi fruit
15g muslie without dried fruit
6 almonds
sprinkle of cinnamon
I get froozen berrys.... Yummy.... Give it a try!
