ReplyDeleteOK - it's officially HUMP day! I can't recall where I learned that term - but I when I lived in America it was always a way to refer to Wednesday! Well - it's the 16th today - and I for one am happy it's the middle of the month.
ReplyDeleteI am feeling good about my progress, but missing sugar I think today. I forget just how many foods contain refined sugar - and how quick the hit can be when I eat them. But the good news is I feel leaner. I have no specific evidence - and am certainly not going to rely on my scales based on the above post - but regardless - something seems to be working! :-)
So - happy HUMP day everyone!
